However Selene suddenly seemed as if she found Greyson sort of.... Famaliar. He reminded her of her ex boyfriend....

Greyson was slightly taken aback by her sudden outburst. He took a step back, his arms outstretched. "Woah... I wasn't trying to hurt you or something," He said. After a moment's pause, he added," Sorry."

"Sorry... I... Didn't mean to sound harsh. I just feel insecure here..." Selene trailed off. "Maybe because you remind of someone I once lost..." she continued, her eyes trailing the ground as she traced the back of her palms with her fingertips.

~ cries too ~

Greyson patted Selene's head awkwardly. "Well I guess the past is the past." He continued, changing the topic. "I made something for you to eat though... "

Upon the mention of food, Selene suddenly felt her stomach rumble. She almost forgot that she had yet to eaten anything since last night.
"Oh sure...Let's go then..." Though a tiny voice in her mind told her the possibility of her food being drugged, she ignored it and forced her stone-stiff legs to move.

Greyson led her back to his room and disappeared into the kitchen. A few seconds later, he emerged with a piping hot bowl of vegetable stew. He set the bowl gently before Selene. "Careful, its hot," he warned.

~le gasp. i shall just say he broke his legs in a hole xD~

Selene's stomach grumbled at the sight of stew and was eagerly beckoning it to be eaten.
"Thanks..." she replied, offering Greyson a stiff smile.

As she reached over to take the bowl, her fingers brushed his slightly. Selene felt her cheeks turn as hot as boiling water and suddenly couldn't help herself staring at Greyson.

Greyson didn't bother to move his fingers away. He took the spoon and held it up. "Hungry?" he tempted.

"Err sure..." Selene replied, unsure of what to do.

"Come get it," Greyson grinned, holding out the spoonful of stew.

JACE

Jace felt a twang of pain in his left shoulder and felt something dripping down his legs. He flinched when he realised that he had fallen into a hole. The last thing he remembered was seeing a group of angels gathering. He wanted to be their "shadow" and trail behind them, but he didn't watch where he was going and slipped. Jace felt his shoulders stiffen as he chided himself for being so careless.

"Urhh what am I going to do now?!" Jace cursed under his breath. "Guess I better try to get out."

Selene surged forward to get the stew.

"Hey!" She slapped Greyson's arm playfully and felt the corners of her mouth twitch into a smile. That demon was sort of cute.

Daimen didn't move. Well, why not let her try? It's not like she's going to get far. Bitterness clouded his mind. Greyson was always better at everything... our mother said so. He lifted his head and stared at Griffin. "Well, try then. You won't get far, but you're welcome to try." Daimen didn't bother to keep the bitter edge out of his voice.

Greyson raised an eyebrow. "What?" he asked, all innocence.

Griffin shrugged her shoulders," No harm trying, though i can sense a tinge of jealously..." She raised and eyebrow at Daimen.

"Thinking of your brother dear? I understand."She clucked her tongue and strode out of the room. Well this is pretty easy...

"Oh don't act innocent..." Selene gasped.

Daimen shrugged and leaned back. "She gets five feet and another demon tackles her," he muttered.

~I'm gonna possess a demon guard for a moment. And give him a random name! xD~

Stryker paced the hallway, twirling his spear, bored. "There's nothing to guard, since there's nothing to catch--" Just then, he thought he spotted a flash of angel wings, but then it was gone. "Curse it!" he muttered softly under his breath. "I forgot my Locator." Stryker's mind told him information anyways. Enemy was over there hiding. Enemy was inside the demon's hole. Enemy was about to get a big surprise.

Griffin was just 5 feet away from Daimen's room when she saw a demon guard. "Dang it."She silently cursed under her breath and scooted back to Daimen's room, expecting a very smug look on his face.

~LOL. Exactly five feet. ~

Daimen looked up as the door opened again. "Back already?" his eyebrows shot up. That was fast... "So what are you going to do now?"

"What!" Griffin shuffled her feet over to Daimen's bed and plopped on it. "I might be staying here for the time being. Anyways, have you seen Selene? She's an angel. I suppose you don't see angels around here all the time?"

Daimen shrugged, a wry smile twisting his lips. "You'd have to ask my brother, Greyson, for that." Rising from the chair, he looked over at Griffin. "Hungry? Thirsty? I'm not going to starve you."

"Maybe i'm a little hungry, but anything will do. " Griffin smiled, "Thanks, by the way. "

Daimen nodded and ventured into the kitchen. Pausing by the refrigerator, he pulled out a couple ingredients, and proceeded to make some lamb stew. (Lol, so unoriginal, but I can't think of anything else. >~<) It didn't take very long, since the lamb had already been cooked, and Greyson had already boiled some water. When Daimen was done, he dried his hand on a towel and brought Griffin a bowl of it.

Griffin smelled the aroma from the lamb stew that Daimen had prepared, and her eyes widened. "lamb stew!!" She squealed just like a 5 year old girl, but realised that she had probably over reacted and embarrassed herself.

Hesper grinned at her sheepishly. "Kinda... We're all new, the senior I knew, well, she got kidnapped by a demon and I don't really know what I'm supposed to do so I looked for help?" She looked at Sapphire and Helena with the, you're older than me, don't expect me to know what to do look.

Sapphire frowned, "She was kidnapped by a demon, oh no, that's bad." She turned to Hesper with a serious expression, "And where did you last see her? Oh perhaps we should find more angels first. Let's go! We need to save her!"
