World Two - Raven Academy

Luke jumped, startled as he turned around.

"Oh hello! Come in," Luke said, flashing him a smile

Eyeing the boy's suitcase, he guessed that he was going to be Luke's new roommate.

~Omg, I just realized my characters are supposed to be siblings, yet they have different last names. Epic failure. -.-" I supposed Daina would be Diana Merwin in stead.~

"Hey," Drake greeted the other guy in the room. "Going to be my roommate this year? What's your name? I'm Drake Merwin." He smiled and slid his suitcase onto the other, empty bed.

Ada wondered through the hallways, searching for her room, while lugging her suitcase along with her. Damnit why did i even bring such a huge suitcase. I'm probably the only one who did that

As she approached the room which she was allocated to, she gently knocked on the door thrice. She took a step backwards, due to the numerous horror movies that she'd watched, and had always imagined someone jumping out from the room.

(Note, this character I'm creating is a CAT, Fate's pet. I got approval from Christine Roselle to have a cat for my 2nd character)

Appearance: Light grey she-cat with blue eyes and white tipped paws, muzzle and belly

Diana jumped, then hurried to the door and opened it. "Hi!" She smiled at the girl outside. "I'm Diana. Are you going to be my roommate? I suppose you are," she added after a moment's thought. "Need help with the suitcase?"

"I suppose we are," Luke laughed, "I am Luke Roth, and I just transferred here."

"Nice!" Drake smiled. "Where'd you come from? I've been going to this school for three years. Never late once on the first day because of my sister, Diana." He opened his suitcase and rummaged around the contents, pulling out rumpled piece of blue paper. Smoothing it ruefully, Drake explained, "It's my schedule."

"Hi!" Ada grinned and towed her luggage into the room together with her."Well it's alright, but thank you!"She beamed, and hastily threw her suitcase on the floor.

Ada extended her hand," I'm Ada, and you must be Diana.It's a pleasure meeting you. And i'm sorry i sound so formal.I must have been trained by my mum." She giggled and tried to stifle her laughter.

Hope dragged her luggage along the corridor. Today is my first day starting at Raven Academy, she thought. Hope stopped in front of the door and gently knocked it.

"Hello?" Nobody answered.

Hope gently pushed the door. It's empty.

I must the first person to arrive. She started unpacking, wondering who her room mate will be.

"Hey! It's okay," Diana smiled, cheerfully, shaking Ada's hand. "My brother Drake is a big nut too, since our mom trained him, to train me. Our mom is a big stickler to rules and being polite!" She rolled her eyes playfully, and added, "As if we would be rude to everyone! Is it your first year here?" Diana moved over to her own suitcase and nudged it to one side so she could sit down on her bed.

Fate trudged up the staircase with a luggage in one hand, and a pet carrier in another. "Uff!" She grunted as she reached the top of the stairs. "Finally! Aren't you excited, Lin?" Linith meowed backed indigently, "I don't care! Get me out of this box!" Fate sighed and lifted her things again and headed for her room. I wonder who we're rooming with, Fate thought.

"Room ***... Oh here it is!" Fate dumped her luggage down and stared at the door, I wonder if anyone is here yet? She thought and opened the door slightly. "Oh no one is here," Fate said and dumped her luggage beside a bed and opened Lin's carrier.

Lin jumped out with a snarl, "Finally! That was a terrible journey!" She glared at the carrier and started washing furiously.

"Yeps, it's my first year here. My big sis andrea used to study here, but she graduated a few years back," Ada chirped, "Are you new here too?" She made her way to her bed and settled comfortably on it.

"Nope," Diana said with an easy grin. "It's my third year here. I know, terribly boring, but I've been going here since I was twelve." She held out her schedule. "Want to see which classes we have together?"

"Oh... Okay!" Ada rummaged through her backpack and took out here timetable and compared it with Diana's.

Diana's green eyes flicked back and forth between the two pieces of paper. "Nice! We have all but once class together. And that's history. No biggie, since history is boring anyways."

"Hahas, i agree. But depending on what topics, i'm more interested about the history of magic. " Ada winked, and kept her timetable. She lied on her stomach and took out a book. "Is today gonna be free and easy? Or do we have lessons?"

Anatalia walked into the room, hoping to be alone. She held tightly onto Adonis, her little brother and strapped on her back was a rucksack, keeping all she had. Clothes, books and the little money she had was all in there. It wasn't much but the improvement was that at least Raven Academy accepted her with a much cheaper renting fees and allowed her brother.

Solitary was not a promise though. Just as long as there weren't too many people. She certainly hoped she didn't have a roommate. Two years have passed but they seem like days to Anatalia. She didn't want to relive the car accident yet. She wasn't ready.

Luck wasn't at her side. She walked in as a girl with a fierce dog was washing something she couldn't see. "shh" she mumbled to Adonis, setting him on the empty bunk under the blanket with enough space to breathe and placed her rucksack so it blocked him from view. She prayed that he wouldn't start wailing.

~I'm hoping she can be Fate's roommate?~

"Nope. Not on first day. Classes start tomorrow. Today is to get to know other people, tour the school, find you classes, etc. You can read right now, if you want. But I'm taking you on a tour later. I have to show you the magic training room." She grinned and turned to her suitcase. "But I'm gonna unpack first."

"Okay!I can't wait to have a tour around the school. It seems nice~" Ada grinned and allowed herself to enter the world of HARRY POTTER...

~Ok! She can , but one thing I can say, the fierce dog u mentioned is actually a cat (She's not really fierce, just annoyed at the pet carrier), and washing means that she (The cat) is grooming herself, not literally using water to wash , just licking like cats do .~

Fate turned back when she heard the door open, and a girl went over to the empty bunk. "Hi!" Fate said brightly, "I suppose we're gonna be roommates? Nice to meet you! What's your name?"

Diana nodded cheerfully and began hanging up her carefully folded clothes, shaking them out and putting them in the closet. She fluffed up her pillow and tossed out her bedroll. "Oh, I almost forgot!" She turned to Ada, green eyes wide. "What's your power?"

Drake was playing with his water bottle, tossing it several feet into the air, then catching it with his right hand. Then tossing it again, then catching it with his left. Tossing it again, catching with his right, and so on.

"Ohohoh!"Ada got excited, "I can read people's emotions and feelings!What about yours?"

"I have the ability to make others see visions of what would happen to them if they bother me, by conjuring visions of monsters, flesh-eating insects, death, etc." Diana grinned cheerily, as if her power wasn't disturbing at all. "Just don't make me angry."

Oh... Sorry, my mistake... Heehee

"I guess," Anatalia said putting out her hand for her roommate to shake. "I'm Anatalia... I've got tons of nicknames so I don't know what you wanna call me. Anna, Talia etc. the rest are ridiculous though. I'm new here, by the way. What's your name?"
